This is not the kind of thing you do with EXes unless you are either a scumbag yourself and/or a glutton for punishment. If you actually want her to remain an EX, the only right thing to do for yourself AND her is to say no thanks. And just to be safe, do it remotely (phone, letter, email), NOT in person. If she persists, get a restraining order. I am not kidding. She sounds like a potential stalker.
