I missed the discussion on pix in the sig lines...Thoughts?

Here's the rule on sig lines:

YOUR SIGNATURE LINE

We have no plans to actively enforce rules about members' signature lines. However, we hope that our members will follow these suggested guidelines, which will help decrease download times for visitors with slow Internet connections.

Please try to include no more than one graphic in your signature line at any time. That graphic should be in either .jpg or .gif format, and should not exceed 500 pixels wide, 200 pixels tall, or 10 kilobytes.

Please try to limit the text in your signature line to only one paragraph, quote, idea, or comment.

You may change the color and font of your signature line text, but we would prefer that you not increase the text size.

Back at the old DU I had a small pic of myself in my sig line. This was mainly to help differentiate between myself and Lydia LeftCoast. Unfortunately, when I picked this handle I didn't know Lydia was already using it as her last name! Sorry Lydia! :( I also just like seeing pictures of people (visual person) because it helps me remember who said what. In any case, I haven't seen anyone using pix in sig lines at the new DU. Was some general consensus against pix in sig lines reached, but I just missed it? Feedback appreciated!

by seeing the mooninites in my sig line...but, I might change it to some other ATHF character...so, I'm the guy with animated characters and their quotes in his sig line...

To answer your question: I really dunno, but i'm gonna have pics in my sig line unless the admins don't want me to...
