Ever time I try Bittorent I get Blue screened- GRRRRRR
I downloaded it from the official BitTorrent web site. I have uninstalled it this sucks because there are alot of things I want to download.

Everything works fine until the downloading part triggers a BLUE SCREEN. I'm running xp and tired of Kazaa. Any help from Bittorent users would be great.

2. This is what you need...

Download this version of Bittorrent...its way better and you can adjust the settings...I run XP and I get download speeds in excess of 150-200Kps on audio downloads...its fast.

Hope this helps!

4. First, find the bittorrent Client called Shadows Expiremental Client
or something of the sort, install it.

Try that. If it STILL doesn't work.

Do a google search for memtest86, have a floppy handy, run that program which will create a bootable floppy. Reboot the machine with that floppy in the drive, see if it finds any errors with your RAM.

Bittorrent files are VERY memory sensitive. I had endless problems with torrents because one of my 3 sticks of RAM was bad (both blue screens and spontaneous reboots). The memory worked fine for EVERYTHING else, games, DVD burning, etc., but torrents would kill it.

Try both of those and keep us updated :).
