3. You can, but if they are ethical
they will have to turn you down since it would be a violation of ethics and in most states illegal to pursue a relationship with a client in a situation like that. Although it might depend on what kind of a case manager she is and what her/his profession is as well.

7. people do bat eyelids when teachers dates students. in some cases
its illegal, in others a fireable offense. case workers, therapists are not allowed to date patients for the protection of patients
