Have you ever had one of those nights you aren't sure you slept...
..and it seems like you woke up, every hour, on the hour?

Lots on my mind, I guess.

:boring:

1. Yes.
I was all spooked out about the LHC Particle collider in Switzerland and I couldn't sleep. lol.

When I was asleep I heard a noise and I thought I was being sucked into a black hole but nope it was the poster above my bed falling off the wall.

I am so tired today.

9. I think I was spooked too...
I was tossing around ideas about how the experiment could go haywire.

Glad I'm not the only one!

18. I have had problems with the rapture, end of the world since I was a child.
I was surrounded by fundies. Either the children at school who talked about it from church or the neighborhood kids that got it from their parents. The idea of talking about the rapture, hell fire and brimstone and all that stuff didn't seem like fun to me while I was trying to play jump rope.

And of course watching Torchwood and Doctor Who doesn't make it easy for me either.

But if Captain Jack Harkness comes to this world from other dimension, I call first dibs!

2. Almost every night. I'm an extremely light sleeper.
My dad, though, told me once that even though it seems as though you didn't sleep, you actually did.

Sure doesn't feel like it to me.

3. Yes. All the time.
I don't sleep well at all at night.

I get my best sleep when I take my afternoon naps.

I work second shift and when I get home my work I am so wired I can't sleep, and when I do fall asleep it seems like I wake up every half hour or so.

19. Yes.
I am more of a night person but I can't ever fall asleep when I get home. I guess that's why I try and go to the bar and have a few drinks after work. Sometimes it helps me sleep better.

17. Quite regularly and do you wake up feeling like you did heavy physical work all night?
Many mornings I wake up feeling like I was on a long cave trip, or moving furniture or something all night. Not one bit restful.

I don't expect to have any really good sleep until Nov 5 between job anxiety, daughter and husband away, not having a set schedule, and the whole election thing I am quite the basket case .

26. Not really, but...
my muscles feel very tight when I don't sleep. Probably because they are not relaxed.

Hope you can manage to get some rest between now and Nov 5!! That's a long time away!!

21. For anyone with trouble sleeping.
I went through a phase were I would wake up every 2 hrs or so. DH bought one of these sleep machines http://www.brookstone.com/store/thumbnail.asp?wid=10&cid=1004&sid=100404 and we play “Thunder Storm” all night. I might wake up once, but go right back to sleep. Love the little thing.

Several people I've spoken to today didn't sleep well last night.
There must be a disruption in The Force - or it's that new Hadron Collider affecting us all!

39. Some nights I think I slept
and I find out from others that I didn't. I walk around..talk to people..tell them that I am just busy, not sleepwalking (I ALWAYS deny sleepwalking when I am sleepwalking, apparently)

I play with the dog, do my work, make sandwiches and all kinds of stuff in my sleep, but have no memory of it. I also complain (in my sleep), that I have to get up too early and am afraid of not waking up.
