I Feel Icky After Watching Palin
its like she comes across too smoothly to be such an amateur in politics

and the things she stands for are all that I abhor for the most part

yet she has a personable way that caught my attention, then I felt dirty afterwards :P

2. A bath with a cup of epson salts might do the trick.
Me, I couldn't watch her after a while. My stomach is not that strong.

9. Save the water
I need a dip, too. I can't put my finger on it but it creeps me out, too. I think it's the preprogrammed, unquestioned, unexamined life that terrifies me. Open the top of the head and pour in the script, seal and deliver. You might as well take one of Warren Jeff's 49 wives and substitute her for the Palin-drone. Fundamentalists don't have any ability to think for themselves, they are told what to think and not to question. That scares me more than any radical thinker. If it were the 'Communist Party' pushing out clones and told only to speak the party line, I think the Pukes would be afraid, too. I feel physically repulsed by the Stepford-wife with the tape-recorder under her shirt and a speaker in her mouth. You can believe she will be a puppet for the same billionaires who spent 20 million harassing Bill Clinton. She's bought and paid for. Blow up doll for hire.

4. I could only watch about half of it
Her voice is just horrid. Makes fingernails on a blackboard sound melodic. I've seen better speeches when my son was in the Debate Club. The woman's in dire need of a voice coach, but don't tell the Republicans that.

Her two youngest kids are cute as hell, though. Too bad they'll be raised by that harridan. I foresee a lifetime of psychotherapy in their future.

5. She was probably queen of the mean girls when she was in school.
The kind that would bully you, and if you ever fought back she'd say something passive aggressive like, "I'll pray for you".

6. I get that vibe too.
Damn, I want an adult Vice President, not the nasty winner of a juvenile back-stabbing game of "Survivor."

11. She reminds me WAY too much of those ladies from church.
Condescending tone and contradictory beliefs notwithstanding. Bleck.

12. As well you should, dude!
Listening to that vile speech was the psychic equivalent of dragging myself by my teeth through a mile-wide lagoon of maggot-infested pig shit, only to be hosed off at the other side by the urine stream of a syphilitic rhinoceros with a severe urinary tract infection.

Only a republican could feel good after something like that!

14. danger!
Like most of her class Sarah Palin comes across as a pleasant, civilized, determined woman. If you met her at a dinner party you might well go away with the impression that she was really quite charming. But then those close to Hitler thought he was rather an avuncular chap, too. And that's the really scary thing. This fundamentalist crackpot would think nothing of giving the order to drop a bomb on a village.

Please stop her before it's too late!

15. LOL - That's your first post?
Yeah, she looks pretty good for being twice my age, but the problem is that our society has become so superficial that millions of people might vote for her ticket on that basis alone. As frightening as the prospect is, I'm sure there are those who are so stupid they'd contribute to their own ruin, just to have a "MILF" in the White House. :scared:
