grrrrrrrr my daughter got written up at work tonight...She forgot her hat

others forget their hat and are given a visor to wear

others get personal calls

others do not stock or do the lobby as directed


my daughter does MORE than expected


and they write her up for forgetting a friggin hat

Sounds like they have an 'issue' with her? Maybe stuff you don't know about? :shrug:
The last place my son worked made them wear aprons and sometimes hats and he forgets
everything!!! How he lasted for all of HS, I have no idea but he did and we have many
aprons and hats here, and he has a new job now that has no dress code. It's basically
this: Show up and work. :P I hope things get better for her but let her handle it, Mom! :hug:

2. I think it is because she was made crew trainer and the shift manager wanted someone else

to be crew trainer


My kid is an awesome worker...

it was wrong to not have her hat, but...it was trivial.


I just hugged her and told her when she went in tonight to just let it be a new day and forget about it.



it is hard to see her crying tho...
