Yes, it's another thread about the big movie controversy.

I know that it's been covered ad naseum, but do you think that it's opening this week is a sign of the end of civilization as we know it? I have been very vocal in my opposition to the point of this film, but I know a lot of people see it differently. And I know that I'm criticizing a movie that I haven't seen yet.

Still, though, Dirty Dancing, Havana Nights? It has to be a sign of the endtimes.

Utter worthless trash. I mean, don't take this the wrong way, but we still get a Jesus that looks like TOM CRUISE?! Tom Cruise? Right from the beginning, it took on an "this is ridiculous" tone to it.

The whole movie is darker peoples beating the sh*t out of a white man. The violence is absolutely ridiculous and just about borders on the obscene. Kinda fits in quite nicely with the Bush agenda to be the world's greatest victim. You know, 9-11 and all. How could we forget?

Last Temptation of Christ is a masterpiece, a work of art, compared to this shit.

Just wait 'til you see it. JUuuuuuust wait.
