The periodical is called Bellowing Arc...

It's based in Seattle, and has been in business since 1984...

They carry no advertising, and rely on subscriptions to stay afloat!

They are always looking for new artists, and there are no limitations on what they will publish...

EXCEPT...

Nothing negative. As they put it: Everything that we publish demonstrates, to our satisfaction, that life is both meaningful and worth living.

Do I have a chance? I think I do!
