I am such an idiot.

I'm running around like a cracked-out squirrel today; I have to run to the store, JackMN has a Dr's appt, all three of my kids have back-to-school conferences (at two different schools), and NoelMN has a soccer game. I realized I need to turn in a copy of Jack's birth certificate, so I scanned a copy of the one I have. I tried to fold up his birth certificate to put it back in its envelope, but I couldn't figure out how to fold it neatly, because the fold lines had disappeared. I kept flipping it over and looking for the crease lines, but there weren't any. I wondered how in the hell it could have come out of the envelope folded, but now had no crease lines. I wondered if it was printed on some weird kind of paper. I started getting flustered and confused. Then I realized it was the copy I had printed. Geez.
