Does everyone hate me now?

Awright, as you may or may not know, I posted a thread about gay marriage yesterday. If you didn't read it, I'm not for it. I'm for civil unions, but not gay "marriage" per se. So, my question is, does everyone hate me now because I'm not going twith the flow on this issue? What do you think?



p.s. I really don't care about ur answers, I just wanna get a general feeling of the attitude toward me on this board

7. I still don't understand

why you'd be for unions, not marriage. Separate but equal is unconstitutional. As for states' rights: Sometimes the principle of states' rights has to be transcended, and, because civil unions would probably not be portable (since probably not every state would implement them), this is one of those times.

Not trying to start another debate in this thread. I just wanted to state that I don't get it.
