5.  For me, carbonation isn't the problem
it's the high fructose corn syrup (though some brands are using cane sugar now) and sodium benzoate in most soda pop. I like to buy real frozen grape or apple juice, and club soda, and make my own fizzy drinks.

6. tea
all kinds of tea and unsweetened. I love it plain and cold. :9

For carbonation I really like sparkling water. All the fizz and none of the calories of soft drinks.

7. Water.
It keeps me from being marketed into spending lots of money on crap that isn't good for me but is labeled and talked up as if it is. :hi:

11. Actually, it's called pop in the uncivilized part of the country.
In the rest of the world it's Soda.
Pop sounds hick.

12. Which uncivilized part of the country?
If you asked for soda here, you'd get a box of Arm & Hammer.

Sweet tea! It's the house wine of the South!

15. I thought this thread was going to be about music
'pop' is short for popular music. Carbonated drinks are 'soda'. :P
