i know I gained a couple of pounds
ankles are swollen

and it was just as beautiful as the pictures

the ocean was warmer then the pool
but we couldn't go swimming Thursday and Friday because of riptides from the TS in Fl.


We stayed one night in Corolla and rented jeeps to ride on the beach and go see the
wild horses..... what a wonderful time and what a beautiful place

Rodanthe looks like a great place to!!!

28. Sleepy...

this allopurinol has the side effect of drowsiness (gout med) and with my other medications I am taking I get really sleepy. May have to look at not taking something until I get finished with this. I also have to go back to see about getting my levels of uric acid tested. I'm not nearly as sore as I have been though.

So good I guess! :P
