joy of joys...the college kids are back
x(

the first two weeks we lived here, i marveled at how quiet our neighborhood was. now? not so much, even though i should have known better with this neighborhood (my street itself is still quiet, but not the surrounding area). idiot kids yelling and partying and drag racing all night. i don't begrudge them their fun, but ffs, have some consideration.

1. Same here, but we lucked out. Our new neighbor this year is
a very nice young lady. :)

3. Exactly the same here. Ther front part of the trailer park is quiet, but the back part on the other
road can get a little raucous.

5. Make them a very large meal and go talk to them....
They will love you forever and try to be considerate.

6. Yeah, same here.
I work at an urban university. Summers are so blissfully peaceful and quiet.

But the undergrads came back this week, and now everything is crowded, chaotic, noisy, and filled with young tiffies wearing not enough clothing and yapping on their cell phones. *sigh*

7. Have a heart, why don't you? Don't you know that since most of these students are
under 21, they are therefore forced, I say, forced to engage in binge drinking! I have that on the best authority of some college presidents.
