We are having hummus and veggies, lamb, roasted red potatos and salad.

I will also be drinking LOTS of red wine and having a huge slab of apple caramel walnut pie :9

48. Homemade linguini with a ragù alla bolognese
The linguini was the store-brand homemade-style. I boiled some 90% Angus ground beef in water till it was like a slurry, drained it, dumped in a jar of Ragu traditional-style sauce, and added my special touches: a little garlic salt, some organic basil and some roasted red pepper-infused olive oil. Served with a generous amount of pre-grated parmesan cheese. The whole operation took about 10 minutes.
