I checked out the website -- most of the women listed there are not particularly conservative, and whether they are Republicans may be debatable.

And Ashley Judd's name was ignominiously crossed out.

Their criteria for conservatism are pretty loose. By their standards, many of the women of DU could qualify. They seem to think that appreciating the people in th emilitary is all it takes to be a conservative. Many of the women there are better described as libertarians and say so in no uncertain terms.

Even the much-derided pro-gun Bo Derek has been a pretty active feminist, not even a pseudo-feminist like Patricia Heaton. Lisa Kennedy, who came to fame as MTV's house conservative, has definitely spat out the Kool-Aid. They may not be ready to join the Revolutionary People's Solidarity Committee, but neo-cons most of them ain't.

I've dated a few right-wing girls in my day. I even had a very nice relationship with one of them. Conservative women especially think they have something to prove sexually, and rather than becoming prudish, become more sexually bold, on the assumption that radical leftists are anti-sexual. There is some truth to this, but I think it mainly gives them a "damned good reason" to f*ck with wild abandon.

Not all Republicans or conservatives are narrow-minded hate-obsessed psychopaths. This is why I think I can say with confidence that the neo-con movement is starting to break down. True conservatives want nothing to do with its radical social-engineering agendas. They may not see eye-to-eye with us libbruls, but they don't hate us, either.
