ok DU web gurus, I swear this is my last question.
I hvae decided to just do what I need to do in HTML, and I have everything figured out except for one thing. The e-mail and contact info form.

Here is what I have:

<FORM action="mailto:someone@somewhere.com">
FirstName: <INPUT firstname="FirstName" value="" size="10"><BR>
LastName: <INPUT lastname="LastName" value="" size="10"><BR>
Email: <INPUT name="Email" value="" size="10"><BR>
<INPUT type="submit">
</FORM>

it shows up fine, I can enter my info and hit submit and it opens my e-mail program but does not enter the "to" address in the to field in the e-mail program.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

1. Hey
The value of your input is not equal to the size of the lastname type
you must submit the mailto forum to the value of the first name
then input the form and type in the email username of the 2nd person
on the list and email that value to the server

Arn't you married yet?

4. I could buy 10
and in this case, due to some ignorance on the part of the website owner, it would do no good...

Also, I have tried everything. I tried the php mailform, no go. I tried a premade script, and that was unbelievably complex. This looks like the simplest answer, and I just need to get it going.

HTML is platform independent too.

5. I hate to say it, but can you instead do a form post...
and do the email from the server?

the whole form action=mailto thing really isn't always a 100%.

6. Forms suck.
Find Matt's Formmail script and use that.

Just make sure it's closed....
