And as far as we know, LeBron is clean. Quite frankly, if you don't like them for all the money they make, they are just practicing American free enterprise. The $ is there, grab it. Phelps will.

2. Their financial success isn't what bothers me

I liked Kobe until the rape accusations plus he can be a hugely selfish player. LeBron, well, I've never believed he and his mother were telling the truth about his age and I didn't really care for his bankrolling Maurice Clarett. But they gave a great interview today, mostly about American pride, so I may be adjusting my thoughts somewhat.
