during Mardi Gras results in an incredible display of creativity and just plain DISPLAY. Its really great during rainy weather as well. Now, its just plain wrong to get naked in the streets but if you just slap a little paint here and there which many women do, it makes the day go by so much better. Seen today on Bourbon - The Incredible Hulk; Marie Antionette and entourage, many in various and asundry leather outfits; Elvis(s); Clowns; many people in clothes which allow for easy exposure of whatever; alleged women in extremely high heels and boas and flourescent boufants and facial hair and such; guys with just about enough on to keep them from getting arrested - AND ITS NOT YET NOON..

Nola.com and click on Bourbocam. This is a limited view of one intersection on bourbon but a view nonetheless. I would really suggest a live viewing. Put it on your schedule for a future trip, the next Mardi Gras is 8 FEB 2005. Judge Smales and his entourage would be a welcome sight.
