6. Believe me, the thing I'm bidding on is super nerdy.
I'm bidding on a copy of Final Fantasy 9 for the Playstation 1.
There, I did mine.
Now you are obligated to do yours.

and I won't tell because of its political incorrectness.

13. Some hints:
1. Bidding early is no advantage.
2. Know how much, honestly, how much you're willing to spend and bid that amount one time.
3. Do not get wrapped up in the 'excitement' of bidding. Its easy to pay $5 for a bedpan as I have done.
4. Use a sniping service, like bidnip, that will place your bid at the last moment preventing other lurkers from out bidding you.
5. Don't worry if you don't win. Ebay is a huge sale and something just like you missed will soon be available to bid on.
Good luck.

15. It's not a rare item...
but it is one that people don't seem too keen on getting...i think i'll get it for a decent price. i have my limit, but i'm not plonking that down unless i feel i need to.

16. With proxy bidding, you don't have to. Ebay will only bid the amount you need to.

17. Yeah, it starts that way, but when you find yourself bidding on your third car
and wondering who you will give it to if you win, then you have to have that talk with yourself... Not that I would know... really.
