We just had the (astonishingly) best pizza in Boston
We're staying at a hotel near the hospital where Mr. DTBK will be interviewing tomorrow and popped into the hotel restaurant for a late dinner. We had their four-cheese thin crust pizza, and it was DYNAMITE. They meant "thin crust" - it was a tortilla pizza with asiago, provolone, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and basil, and it was so light and delicious. We told the server we'd had pizza in Naples, Italy that didn't hold a candle to this.

YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :9

1. Boston has some pretty good pizza joints all right.
thinking of going up there?

I miss the pizza and the ease of getting around without a car.

2. We are in Boston now
After a fun (but hectic) Saturday in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains, we are in Boston for a week. Mr. DTBK is interviewing at a Harvard hospital tomorrow, and we get to run around until Friday, when we transfer from the hotel to a medical school friend's house for the weekend. He wants me to save the JFK/Freedom Trail activities for him, so I might just take myself to Faneuil Hall to shop tomorrow or some such.

5. Is he interviewing at MGH?
I used to work there. Of course, that's not the only Harvard hospital in town.

7. I guess I really meant to ask 'moving up there', obviously if MR.DTBK is interviewing
for a job, you must be.

Maybe you guys can meet up while you have all this free time, wish I was there.

Bound to be cooler than HERE

You are missing some atrociously hot weather

4. Boston has some good pizza.
It's a local pride thing. The pizza's not as consistently good as NY/NJ but there are a lot of good pies. Have a great time in my old town.

6. There's also great pizza in the North End or East Boston.
I used to work in Eastie and often stopped at pizza places for dinner on the way home in Newton. It's a great city. Good luck on Mr. (Dr.?) DTBK's interview! :hi:
