At first glance, it appears to be a my-space type place, with friend lists and groups, etc.

I have always been on the heavy side, plus I am diabetic. I do an ok job at keeping my sugar in check, but I've been getting really slack. Something like this might provide some positive motivation to get more conscientious.

I'll definitely spend some time looking around the site... may set up a profile!

2. I like your page!

I'm gonna look at the site (it's FREE???!) it has advice about fitness that I need to look at. I lost 40 pounds once after a hospitalization, it took years. Now my problem is softness :P I need to motivate myself to exercise more. I do a little but not enough apparently.
The other day I got an old exercise bike at Goodwill for $20!! I love it, it's BROWN :headbang:
