Yep, same-day surgery. took about 3 hours, and was a bit more extensive than anticipated, but everything's OK. The pain meds are working GREAT! :P

Since you don't have enough to share with everyone, you must at least entertain us.

Seriously, sounds like it went well; I hope it continues to go well. Don't be a brave guy and wait until it hurts a lot to take your pain meds. Stay on schedule, because once that pain gets out of control, it will hurt for way too long and you don't get a medal for being in pain. Plus, prolonged pain impedes healing.
