Nothing like scaring the hell out of yourself first thing in the morning

I stopped to buy a birthday cake for a co-worker today; when I opened my wallet three credit cards and two gift cards were missing. Yikes!

Luckily, a frantic search revealed that I had put them back in an inside slit when I took one out the other day to pay the bill online (they are all in the same slit in the wallet). Whew!

At least it gave me a nice jolt of adrenaline to start the workday....

I opened my wallet and noticed that the slit in my wallet that normally holds my credit card was empty.

Thankfully, I had stuck it behind another card in the wrong slit.

Not a good feeling!
