7. Well, she is very much taken, BUT

While her baking skills are admirable, she only uses them sporadically, as she
is a social worker with the thankless task of placing long-term unemployed,
recent immigrants, and ex-cons back into the work force in an economy that
can't accommodate them and an employer class that is reluctant to take them.
Although she officially only works 30 hours a week, the reality is that she
usually puts in 40-50 hours a week.
