4. Follow the 38 point preparation guide you have no doubt received

from your doctor and - barring occasional long term reactions - you should be fine after a few weeks, except for the scars and tremors and that terrible aftertaste.

PS: If you did not get a prep guide, do not ask for one - the docs really get pissed and can make it even worse by having someone else - not a doctor - do it.
Doc was probably drunk and forgot.
