That's boudin grilling on my vintage Farberware grill, which I bought at a yard sale for five dollars. Love the grill...and the stuff cooking on it is to die for.

If you like boudin and you've never grilled it, throw some on the grill--it's the best way to eat it...and you don't have to peel the skin off...you can just slice it and eat, because the grill crisps the skin.

1. I have the same farberware grill (you can get a rotisserie attachment for it too)

I use it all the time for rotisserie chicken.

I love the grill...if you say that the rotisserie works great, I'll be willing to spend a few more dollars on it than I had planned to.
