I just got 12 hours of sleep.

Headache--unfortunately the meds I took have caffeine sooo..Plus I have a lot on my mind.
Oh well..after today I'm on vacation till next Thursday so I have some time to catch up on sleep...

I was put on a headache prescription when I was in the hospital....I just can't take it...it has caffeine in it to.

I have the wildest dreams. I dreamed tonight that my brother joined a gang and they wouldn't let him leave, so I decided to extricate him from the gang. I rode a bicycle across town with my weimaraner at my side. We got to the railroad tracks and a train was coming through. My weimaraner looked up at me and said, "That is bitching."

Then I visited a friend's house, and peed on her floor before moving on. Somewhere along the way, I stopped and bathed a couple of bunnies in a bubble bath.

Then I ran into a lawyer friend of mine, whose office was set up on the road...in the intersection of the road, and I asked him which way to go. I went the way he told me, but someone had cut down a tree and cut it into firewood, and it blocked the road. So I went back to him and told him, "I can't go that way." He said, "it's always clear."

Then I went a whole different way than he told me, and I ran into some of the gang members. They had put a box of radioactive stuff out, and someone who wanted to leave the gang picked the box up and the guy turned bright pea-green and then turned to dust.

Then I woke up. I can't take this medicine anymore.

For some inscrutable reason, we're out of alcohol, and I could sort of go for a night cap.

I think that HUGH cup of coffee at noon was a mistake. :o

Guess what I saw today. A cockaded woodpecker...those things are magnificent...I think we have a population of them on our property.

I'll see if I can get a photo sometime...

I also see indigo buntings all the time. Also gorgeous.

That's why I crashed for 12 hours....I stayed up all night Wednesday night, and then my pop came over yesterday morning, to help me with some "'round the house" stuff I needed to do...I just didn't expect him to come over when I was about to lie down.

We changed two breakers on the house, took the AC apart and cleaned it, and replaced a board on the porch. At 3PM yesterday, I crashed!

Now I'm up, and I'm gonna go wake HIM up in a couple of hours and make him go to rummage sales with me.
