4. I just watched

the Jeannie episode where she transfers her talents to tony. She seemed a lot more balanced and wise once she was missing her powers. Based on that, I have decided that I don't think she is less smart, maybe just power drunk or something?

There are instances where she did calculations without the help of the sliderule Tony was using at the time ;)
She seemed to know a bit about astronomy as well.

Then again, at 2000+ years old, she should have picked up quite a lot along the way. We don't know if all that time was spent trapped in the bottle, or if that was just her home for the same number of years and multiple masters.

She also had a master that did not forbid the use of her magic, unlike how Darrin treated Samantha ;)
