2. Shameless bragging on my part
The gold caduceus is the branch insignia for the Army Nurse Corps. The ribbons are left to right, top to bottom:

Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon

The maroon patch in the middle is my unit patch, Health Services Command.

All meant to drive lurking fr**per types out of their friggin minds.
