Part of me thinks people should be licensed to have kids, here's why

This woman waited 5 weeks to report her 2 year old missing, and lied about leaving her with a babysitter. She told the Sheriff's Office that she was investigating on her own, and movies showed that bad things happen to people who report it to the police.

2. The parent/parents needs/need to get a license before getting pregnant

There is only part of me who believes that. The part that sees these poor kids mistreated by parents who could really give a fuck about them. These poor kids don't have a chance. This was just a little two year old kid, and now, because her mother was an idiot who didn't report her missing for 5 weeks, no one knows where she is or if she is even alive.

I'm just rambling because I feel bad for this little kid.
