For those who have just joined this story I have:

-Called the cable company and had them walk me through setting a password for anything that costs money to order.

-Called again when that didn't work and had them set my credit limit too low to order a movie. I was told that this made ordering a movie without calling in impossible.

Somehow, he bought The Tigger Movie.

If it weren't costing me money, watching a seven year old kid pwn a huge media company's technical staff would amuse me to no end.
