Trying to find an online video, need your help (possible Laetitia Casta content)

OK, I have been searching high and low but have not had any success.

Here is what I remember:

- It was a short (3 minutes?) video.

- It was sung in French.

- It had a young girl that looked like Laetitia Casta.

- They were hunting elephants.

- I think Dick Cheney popped up at one point.

- There were trumpets or tubas blatting at one point.

When I first saw this thing several years ago, I thought it was hilarious (mainly because it is so stupid). I was talking to my kids about it and wanted to show it to them, but can't locate it anywhere.

HELP!
