But if they did, I think they'd want me to lose another 20 pounds.

6. at some point they will ..when I reached the mid point of my
height/age range on their charts they leaders began to encourage me to set goal. At first I just went in to get something off, one day at a time. Then I thought 130 would be a good goal and the leaders convinced me to shoot for 140 instead.

When you make goal, you do 6 weeks of maintainence then you are lifetime and you don't have to pay unless you weigh in more than 2 pounds over goal and even then it is a reduced rate.

Talk to the meeting leaders, it has a lot to do with age, height, activity level, etc.
