Stupid commercial-"Viva Viagra"
Liberal or not, most males I know would NOT go on
national TV and belt out a ballad about how he needs
a pill to "rise to the occasion". Performance-enhancing
drug, indeed.

I'm not denigrating men who have an actual medical need
for this medication. I AM denigration Pfizer for promoting
it as nothing more than a recreational drug.

For the record, I don't need it!

1. I'm just glad that Elvis Presley's estate...
...is defending his legacy so tirelessly. I mean, without them, who knows what tacky stuff people would do with his music? ;)

Never mind the fact that, were he alive today, he'd probably be advertising the stuff himself.

3. Is there a more contrived commercial on television?....
...well, I'm sure there is, but not by much.

5. It's certainly up there in the top five.
My personal favorite is the one for some contraceptive pill, in which five "girlfriends" just happen to be sitting around in a chic bar, chatting about birth control. After one of them mentions she's switched to a new pill that's changed her life, one of the others pipes up with an endless screed of side effects, recommended dosages, contractual disclaimers and other legaleze, before it emerges that she just happens to be a doctor. Funny, she sounded like a lawyer to me.

6. I've said it before, I'll say it again
Is there a woman alive that would sleep with any of those guys after that?

I think not. :scared:

The medication? Whatever. Just the thought that anyone would make that commercial in the first place definitely removes them from the "do me" list. Of course, that's IMHO.
