The job: If you want me to fix things, TRAIN me on how to do it! Please? Is this so goddamned hard? Throwing me into the digital phone queue without training is doing a disservice to you and the customer! And calling the tech support line is a bandaid at best, too. And don't even get me started with my average handle time stats.

The car: It died on me a week ago Thursday. No start. Took it to get it fixed. Took an entire week. $2000 dollars, and it still has a problem. They're nice enough to work with me on paying for it, but I still had to come up with $700.

The bills: $400 dollars worth from this check, which thanks to item 2, I can no longer pay.

So, if you could spare me a vibe or three, I could really, really use it now.
