I can't sleep and it's driving me crazy.
Yesterday was so busy. I was up before 4:00 a.m. and worked out for 2 hours. After getting ready I met with a couple of friends for breakfast and then we shopped the thrift and consignment stores for about 5 hours. After lunch we shopped for a couple more hours.
I went home cleaned house, had dinner, watched a movie and had a few drinks. You would think after that I would sleep like a baby, but no. After not even 4 hours of sleep, I'm laying in bed and not able to go back to sleep. Aaaarrrrrgggggg
So I decided to just get up & get on DU.
Anyone else out there have insomnia??????

1. I've had insomnia..
.. for the past three years.

I like it now. Lots of weird stuff on tv at night, eh?

Too bad I'm a zombie during the day. Functioning on 4 hours of sleep can be sucky sometimes.

2. I should be using this time productively,
but instead I'm on DU, playing solitaire and listening to MSNBC.
My husband & both my dogs are sleeping soundly.

6. I finally was able to get back to sleep with a story.
My hubby told me a happy story of how Kerry/Edwards beat bush with over 70% of the votes. Then they appointed Kucinich, Dean & Clark to cabinet posts and we all lived happily ever after. The end
