A whole wopping 3% of my salary.

1.2% for COLA

1.8 % for my raise

Damn I am rich now

2. 1.2% cola? Wonderful.
It is more like 10.2%, you are getting screwn severly. July is "supposed" to be when we get our salary adjustments, I am waiting for a similar disappointment if I am lucky. More likely I will be told that I get nothing because of "rising costs".
