Am I the only one here who likes Joan of Arcadia...

it's got everything going for it. From the great use of a number one song as a tv theme song to all the quirky characters...

5. I'd like to see a program with a recurring --
-- pagan entity.

Pan would be good.

The Judeo-Christian deity is over-billed.

or even Satan himself. We'll probably have to wait until they are in their final season and they're grasping for straws - jump the shark so to speak.

8. I like it
I like the different personas the deity shows up as and the S/He has a sense of humor and that the message is God is caring and tolerant. I bet it drives some Fundies nuts.

10. yeah, and that God is not necessarily male....
and there have been lines that refer to people of various faiths... I personally believe in the universality of God.... I happen to be Christian, but I believe God appears to various cultures (or individuals) in the way they could best relate.

12. WELCOME BACK!
I haven't seen you around in a long while.

I don't have a tv, so I haven't seen it, but I like the name, and am guessing it is sort of similar to the Joan of Arc story, so I think I would probably like it.
