2. nope
I don't know about you, but it seems like the other person must not be having a very good time if they feel the need to say any name. "oh, yeah, Greg, that's just great". "Wow, Trisha, what you're doing now is super." I don't get it. I don't know how I would react. I don't think I would like it, but I don't think I would really like it my girlfriend said my name during sex either.

8. just use the word 'baby' or something like that
i'm the type that forgets names i'm supposed to know during my daily work routine, but i realized using 'baby' in a moment of passion never fails...think of it as a verbal condom

12. Not in passion, but my mom and her mom are bad with names.
Edited on Sat Jun-28-08 10:23 AM by JVS
Grandma gets a pass because she had problems with names after a stroke. So she wouldn say "Hey,..." and then either say the right name, struggle with the name as though it was on the tip of her tongue, or call you an incorrect name. One day she wanted to adjust my hair and said "Hey Walter, I mean Stephen, I mean JVS" where Walter an Stephen were the names of my Grandfather and my mom's HS boyfriend whom grandma loved. I took it as being in good company.

Mom just calls both of her kid's by each other's names. Occasionally in an argument she'll revert to using dad's name with one of us.

17. On rare occasions, my wife calls me by the name of her first husband. But never during moments
of passion; just when she's angry with me.

During moments of passion, she seems to think my name is either "God" or "f**k".

The second one, the first time I called him "David" I had a moment of "Oh SHIT" then I realized his name was David too so I was okay. :)

24. One time I did
but I made a save. I've had a long distance off and on again relationship. I've been crazy about this guy but we had gone our separate ways. I started dating a much younger guy that remined me of Michael. I said 'Mike' accidently in the throws of passion, realized what I had done and fixed it to Mike-odd, oh, my god...Oh, my god. Dan, never knew.
