Check out this video. Kylie seems to be singing her own stuff, but the guy she's doing the duet with looks like he's lip synching to me.

Over-reaching, too self-conscious, contrived... Good premise, pretty good execution, but a man's gotta have standards.

I went to see "rent" because so many lauded it.

It was a mouthful of suck. Squirmingly awful at points. I'm going to stick with my intuition.

Moulin Rouge I mostly like for the soundtrack. That, and I was already familiar with Baz's zany style because I saw Strictly Ballroom umpteen times before I saw Moulin Rouge.
