Generaly quality. But when you are out of toilet paper, you don't want the SO to run out to the store to get the quality brand if there happens to be a roll of stolen industrial grade tp in the back of the closet. So not always

We are installing the latest release of our flagship product to our biggest client right now (finger taps for emerge --sync)... and we employed exactly the feature cut strategy to get the best of both worlds. Thus my argument for both, despite the usual conflict.
