I basically quit coffee without meaning to!
Once the semester was over, I just didn't drink it. I have one travel mug's worth on Fridays, when I'm in the office. No withdrawal that I noticed, more like a general body happiness about the lack of caffeine overload. :)

Interesting.

4. Good for you! I got the mother of all headaches once when I quit caffeine
cold turkey. :scared:

Withdrawing slowly from caffeine has worked a lot better for me. I'm down to one cup of coffee per day, and an occasional glass of Coke. :hi:

5. Whenever I screw up my caffeine intake, I get a ticket to Migraine Lane.
Which ain't fun.

6. I love coffee, but I found that tea is
easier on my body especially in the morning, so I mostly didn't drink coffee for the last year .
Had a cup first thing Sunday morning, and it actually made me feel sick.
I guess I'm a tea drinker now.

8. It's healthier to get off caffeine
I gave it up totally 4 years ago, I still drink decaf, but I don't drink any products containing caffeine anymore: no Coke, no Lattes, etc.

I sleep alot better at night, and don't get that afternoon low. I was a 3-5 cup a day drinker.
