Great, so, my buddy's girlfriend has lost her marbles and has his apartment under siege

She broke up with him. All he did was ask her to move in with him and she turned it into some wierd merri-go-round of bullshit. He tried to make her happy and she kept stonewalling him, so last night she went over there to "talk" and started yelling at him. My buddy is very devoted to his girlfriends. We're talking about a guy who has a little book around with him so when he thinks of a good gift for her, or something he'd like to do with her - he can write it down and not forget. And she's treating him like shit... so after the yelling he wised up and was like, "Fine, if it's over.... get out."
Now she's freaked out and gone for a loop, he called me, she keeps buzzing his building. He's trying to pretend he's not home, but she's parked out front.

!!! SHIT, SHE JUST CALLED ME!!!!! "She was all like "What's up with Jay, do you know if he's answering his phone?"

I told him to call the cops.
