Can anyone figure out what type of bird this is?

the video quality is for shit but the audio is good, the bird is mostly white with back tipped wings and tail. It's outside my bedroom window every morning at 5:00am and it's really, really, really loud and it's making a little crazy.

...Although does it look like this? Because if it does, it's a magpie. :shrug:

2. it's head and nose cone are white but the wings look similar.
