This is from 2002. It's been Photoshopped. Look at the back cover picture on both books; it's 180 degrees the wrong way around.

In other words, in the actual picture Bush's got the book right side up.

Just being fair (unlike our counterparts on the other side).

It looks like the book is an upside-down version of the one on the left, the right way around. Also there's zero distortion.
