fanny packs are one of the best inventions ever for summer. I wear mine all the time in the summer. Perfect place for guys to put their wallets, keys, cell phone when wearing shorts.

3. That's why I prefaced what I said in the subject line.
I still think they're a great idea.

I'm not a maven of fashion, that's for sure.

2. man
I can't do it.

They're just too dorky. Get cargo shorts if you need pocket space, but fanny packs? nuh uh.

4. Carson Kressely might physically assalt me if he saw me wearing mine.
I just can't give mine up.

5. My fanny is packed enough without adding to it.
But I wish I could wear them. I never carry a purse--everything gets jammed into my pockets.

6. I simply cannot do it.
Just get an over-the-shoulder or sling pack. I've got the same problem you have, but I refuse to wear the fanny pack. Patagonia's "Atom Pack" is just about perfect.

But hey, Hulk Hogan wears one. But I would imagine that's because no one dares tell him he looks dorky.

7. I brought this up a while ago on here
I bought one before I went on a trip one time and I don't care if I looked like an idiot, it was great to have. Smokes, camera, cell phone, wallet, sunglasses, plane ticket and a few other things right in one place. It made it easy for a carry on for the plane and while walking around everywhere I didn't have things all over in a bunch of pockets.

I don't give a shit what people think of it, I like them.
