Poll question: 'Slurpy wet' vs. 'Cheek peck'
Edited on Sat Jun-07-08 07:05 AM by Prag
There is apparently a moral crisis of 'First Date Kissing'.

This is #16 in a series of highly precise AccuSense(tm) DU Lounge Mood Surveys.

1. Depends on how much you like each other
Really like- maybe slurpy wet
Kind of like- cheek peck or nothing
Don't like- begin discussing gynecological issues to drive him away (probably only effective for hetero females, does that work for lesbians too?)

That may change depending on how much alcohol is consumed.

2. You've obviously given this quite a bit of thought...
Although, I had never considered your "don't like" strategy. It would probably work.

3. That's what happens
When you're sitting around waiting to see if you have to go into work. Can't start doing anything since you might have to drop it and go.

8. I've been known to keep an unidentifiable bit of food lodged in my teeth, but, ...
this 'Discouragement via discourse' is a whole new arena of thought.

I must ponder it!

4. Is that what that is?
That explains why they get frustrated that I'm not afraid of the gynecological issues.

5. Yes
It's the standard procedure to distance yourself from a man when you are too chicken to be honest and say 'go away.' We assume you will all find it disturbing. I hope that doesn't happen to you a lot.... :P

9. I'd vote for the first date up front kiss
That's right, immediately, before the date, get it out of the way. That way, no pressure. No uncomfortable moments. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just get er done. That way, if you feel like kissing for real later, you know its real! :D

Now, I'm married so I no longer get to do this except maybe on a pretend date!

12. Neither
Long, slow, lingering, with a little hint of tongue. Then hop in the sack and get busy. At least, that's how my husband and I did it.
