Field Trip to the State Capitol with 4 fourth graders in my charge...

Lansing, itself, is beautiful and I think our capitol building is one of the finest, with its glass rotunda flooring.

But...

...they wouldn't let me confront my state rep. (R) when I saw him looking down on the kids from the second floor.

I am just joking...sort of.

This is my second round of field trips but I didn't get to go to Lansing with WannaB so the museum was all new for me. Good times... Long drives...in school buses. Yay.
