Soccer Teams suspended for scoring too many goals

Two Indian football teams have been suspended - after they scored 118 goals between them on the same day.

The second division teams in Goa, who were competing for promotion, were suspended because of the suspicious scorelines.

The Goa Football Association, which regulates the 153 registered soccer clubs in the state, has suspended the four clubs involved on suspicion of 'match fixing'

The only similar incident occurred 15 years ago in West Bengal, when 114 goals were scored in two matches.

The pegleg and stationary Long John Silver impersonators simply couldn't keep the ball out of the back of the net, when opposing a team of relentless and giddy gynecologists.

I wonder if those Indian teams brainstormed to allow one goal apiece because a shutout would have been even more suspicious?
